Knowing how to make a good cup of coffee is as important to us, as it is to you. We want our brand staying strong, together with your business. That’s why Scotties is proud to provide barista training at all levels for free to our client’ s, which means our brand stays strong together with your business.
Work ethic
By ethic we don’t only mean our commitment to sustainability and the fact that we deliver most of the coffee in 5-10 kg reusable sealed tubs, reducing the packaging waste by 90%. Scotties coffee have a deep sense of responsibility, dedication and determination.
Together with all staff members, the business owner is also directly involved in the whole business process, from brewing a cup of coffee to arranging coffee deliveries. Not only do we present work in a professional manner, but we always go above and beyond your needs.
Machine Servicing
Our goal is to make sure you and your clients never miss their coffee. We have a planned maintenance programme which means we don’t have to remember when it’s time for their water filter change or service; it all happens automatically!
We have engineers on call should there be any issues with the machines.
However, we can also trouble shoot several problems over the phone ourselves, and will pop in if we feel we can sort the problem out directly.
