Bremen is a farm with an average height of 1,100 meters, where Bourbon, Typica, Catuai, Maragoype and Caturravarietesare beans are grown.
This farm is located in Purulha, Baja Verapaz, Guatemala, a mostly hilly area, boulders, siguanesand limestone uplands of the North of the country.
They have more than 40 years in business and their long term vision, is to continue to their commitment to nature and the importance of the consumption of organic products.
The wet milling is done the traditional way with natural fermentation, water channel classification , partially sun dry and guardioladryers and storage in jute bags.
Due to environment concerns of the family and for the neighbours health, they took the decision to move towards organic agriculture practices, convinced that it will pay up in soil conservation, better micronutrients, healthy water source, and mostly sustainable farming.
